MN PROMISE Act is a state-funded small business revitalization program that will provide grants and loans to disadvantaged businesses located in certain areas of Minneapolis, Saint Paul and greater-Minnesota.
Pay-As-You-Can Cafe and Community (Shobi’s Table)
