Our HomeStretch educator is a HUD certified Housing Counselor in the curriculum and will help potential home buyers understand the home buying process. The HomeStretch workshop is now offered in a lively online classroom environment which includes innovative presentations and professional real-estate experts. Participants must attend the 2-day workshop (8 hours total) with full participation in order to receive their certificate of completion. The course also provides participants with a digital manual.
