Model Cities offers other workshops such as Credit Management and Investment Workshops to help you understand credit and credit cards, improve your credit score, control credit card debt, and make better decisions regarding its use. Investing Workshops are also offered to make sense of investments and advance your individual wealth accumulation and preservation.
These other Workshops are offered as single, standalone workshops, and no enrollment in pre-purchase counceling, Fiscally Fit, or HomeStretch is required.

The Other Workshops are presented at no cost to the community. All workshops are held at the Model Cities BROWNstone building on 839 University Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104.
Limited parking is available in the alley behind the BROWNstone building. Additional parking can be found one block behind Model Cities on Sherburne Ave and Victoria St in the St. Paul Fellowship Parking Lot.
