Our 2023 Annual Report is available now
In 2023 we remained committed to addressing emergent community needs as we have for 57 years. We dug deeper into the housing continuum—from shelter to homeownership to real estate development. We offered financial wellness education, and built partnerships and programs. All these things created a new mold for services that we are experienced in delivering.
In 2024 we begin our new strategic plan with a continued focus on strengthening our internal infrastructure and helping people along the housing continuum thrive. As we reflect on how Model Cities is evolving, we remember responsiveness is a core strength of ours.
