From our first planning session in the late 1980s to now, this process offers our team a moment of reflection and renewal. Strategic planning deepens our commitment to the individuals and families we serve. We’ve identified 3 major goal areas and 3 key directions to support pathways to progress for our shared community.
Three years ago, twin pandemics—Covid-19 and the murder of George Floyd—prompted a social and racial justice reckoning that continues today. Our previous strategic plan called for transformational change. But there’s still more work to do.
We’re just getting started. We’re building partnerships, growing new funding sources, addressing the urgent need for more affordable housing. And supporting the needs of those who make this work possible (our staff). The full plan is available on our website to read.
