Families First Pilot Program for Assistance

Model Cities Families First New Pilot Program!

The program provides a $300 monthly rent supplement and ongoing supportive services for three years. To be eligible, families must have at least one child in Pre-K to 3rd grade enrolled in a participating school, must meet income requirements, and not be receiving other housing assistance. The schools are:

  • Benjamin E. Mays IB World School
  • Dayton’s Bluff Achievement Plus Elementary
  • Jackson Elementary School
  • John A. Johnson Achievement Plus Elementary
  • Maxfield Elementary School
  • Saint Paul City School
  • Saint Paul Music Academy

 

This is a referral-based program and families will have to speak to a program partner based at their specific school to determine eligibility.
