RESIDENT MANAGER
Responsibilities: A full time contractual position that performs care-taking, maintenance, and tenant relations duties required for the Model Cities Supportive Housing. Housing is provided on site. Successful candidate must be self motivated and organized.
Skills Required: skills and experience in repairs, supply/furniture inventory, apartment turnover, cleaning and maintenance of apartment building common areas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, ability to work at multiple locations and ability to work with a diverse staff and residents.
Must have a valid Minnesota Drivers license.
Drug test & criminal background check required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED.
Previous experience in custodial and maintenance services.

FACILITY
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities: A part time position that performs janitorial duties and building maintenance.
Position requires skills and experience in repairs, supply/furniture inventory, relocation of furniture, apartment turnover, cleaning and maintenance of offices and buildings. Strong communication skills, ability to lift 40 pounds, and ability to work with a diverse staff. Must have a valid Minnesota Drivers license.

Responsibilities: A full time position that performs clerical duties.
Position requires typing and writing skills, and experience in filing and data entry. Must be able to multi task and ability to work with a diverse staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business/office administration or associate degree with at least 3 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant. Must have computer skills.
